While we were shooting Sarah and Joe’s engagement shoot Joe says, “So do you know why Sarah picked you out of the hundreds of photographers we looked at? Because of your awesome low light capabilities.”

Shannon and Liz are a perfect match and while I am really bummed I can’t shoot their wedding because I’m already booked on their date, I am glad we had a chance to do some engagment photos. We started out at the St. John’s bridge in North Portland and then moved our way downtown to the Ace Hotel. Which made for some really cool “Portlandia” style photos.
