Daniel Stark is a documentary wedding photographer based in Portland, Oregon. With an imaginative eye for detail and a journalistic style, Daniel prides himself on capturing your feelings, moments and life. His wedding photography is creative, unique, intimate – but never intrusive. Daniel has a talent for getting the shots you want without getting in the way.

He sees wedding photography as simply capturing a love story through the lens, documenting a new life, revealing those “decisive moments.” Some of his work has been featured in National Geographic Magazine online as well as a number of regional publications. Weddings have even taken Daniel abroad, combining the best of both worlds since he loves travel and culture. Daniel also break dances with his twin brother once in awhile. And he has the photos to prove it.

Daniel is a member of the Wedding Photojournalist Association (WPJA) which represents the most discriminating talent around the world technically, creatively and visually. He also belongs to a premier invitation-only association for the world’s top wedding photographers, The Best of Wedding Photography.
